Is there a way to clear the cart.php page after the payment has been made on PayPal, I click return to merchant on PayPal but when visit the cart.php page again, the item is still in the cart.php page

Got one last question if ok, Is it possible to add a page in that after PayPal it redirects back to a order success page but unsure where it would go or is it something I need to add in on PayPal side? Or maybe after PayPal side to pay can it redirect back to a success message or the page so the customer knows their order has been placed. Below is the code I have currently on checkout.php
